Congratulations on taking that first step in saving for a college education. There are many rewards in making a Virginia College Savings Plan investment. The beneficiary will not only receive the benefit of a college education, but you can experience the financial relief of having planned ahead.

Enrolling in VPEP
  • The enrollment period for the Virginia Prepaid Education Program (VPEP) is now closed.
  • Download the 2007-2008 Enrollment Kit here. This is for informational purposes only.
  • If you prefer, call us at 1-888-567-0540 and a customer service representative will send you an Enrollment Kit (for informational purposes only).
  • Click here to request 2007-2008 enrollment materials (for informational purposes only) via e-mail.
  • Don't hesitate to call and ask questions. Additionally, we encourage you to consult your tax adviser.
  • There is no guarantee that there will be future VPEP enrollment periods.


Enrolling in VEST
  • The enrollment period for the Virginia Education Savings Trust (VEST) is open year round.
  • Download the Enrollment Kit here . Please carefully read all of the accompanying documentation.
  • You may enroll and submit your application online or by regular mail. If you enroll via U.S. Mail, you will need to submit the hard copy application from the Enrollment Kit. We can only accept original applications for processing at our offices.
  • If you prefer, call us at 1-888-567-0540 and a customer service representative will send you an Enrollment Kit.
