Kristin Carleton, the CEO of All Needs Planning, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in financial services. Her journey in special needs planning began when her son received his diagnosis when she was 19 weeks pregnant. Recognizing the complex challenges faced by caregivers, All Needs Planning was formed by three Moms, Kristin, Mary and Kathy. They are committed to easing the burden and securing the futures of families with special needs.
Kristin is passionate about serving the community. She is an active member of the boards of GRASP, Gateway Homes and Commonwealth Savers. Kristin’s commitment to effecting change is evident from her involvement in various initiatives. She is a graduate of Partners in Policymaking, run by the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities, and Virginia Leadership in Education for Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (VA-Lend). She is also a member of the Financial Planners Association and the Academy for Special Needs Planners.
