Lisa N. Jennings is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. She is known for building and executing successful corporate vision and growth strategies. Recently retired from PenFed Credit Union, the world’s second largest Federal Credit Union with assets of over $35 billion, she was most recently the First Senior Executive Vice President. Ms. Jennings has wide-ranging industry and financial expertise, having led all aspects of the firm’s operations as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and, previously, the firm’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Audit Executive. Her specific expertise includes board and corporate governance and strategy, financial management, risk management, operations, mergers and acquisitions, pensions, and compensation and benefits. She has served on both non-profit and for-profit boards and is an active community volunteer. Ms. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and was a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia throughout her career.
